Privately controlled advertising, as I like to call it, is controlling the advertising that you put on your page privately. This usually involved going to a website like sitepoint.com (personal recommendation) and offer advertising space to the public. You are picking your price, which means it is importlant to pick a reasonable price. You can offer space by the month, or on a CPM basis (cost per 1000 impressions) which is obviously a little tricky to organize. This is great because you can determine how much money you will be recieving per month with the advertising you are putting out for others.

Pro's
You can charge a good rate for a popular website on a monthly basis, ultimately guaranteeing a solid income, especially when you cycle advertisements. This is the best way to earn money from click based advertising. With a very large website, you can expect to earn $$$$ monthly.

Low's
You must have a strong knowledge of coding and HTML placement in order to have the advertisements purchased appear properly and in the correct cycle (if necessary). Additionally, in order to make a good amount of money from this advertising type, you will need to have a pretty busy website with consistent traffic.

Part 2: e-book sales website

With something like an e-book, you are selling useful information to a consumer. With an e-book, after the initial process of writing the product is ready to make you money. The flexibility with the e-book option is the greatest thing about it. You have complete control over not only the material of the e-book, but the style and design of the sales page and beyond. You can truly write about and sell your passion if you so desire. The problem with selling an e-book is the promotion and marketing of your sales website. The most difficult part of selling your e-book will be making sure people visit your website on a consistent basis and in large enough numbers to make consistent sales. Once this achieved you have a strong passive income

Pro's
Write about what you like, create your own sales page and make pick your own profit. Strong passive income can be achieved after the initial set up.

Low's
Very difficult to create initial stream of traffic to create proft. Must master the marketing aspect and spend money advertising the website on related pages.

Money! Money! Money!

After a LONG break from the world of online marketing I have decided to return. Recently I have been learning all about the different methods of income on the internet. Its a jungle out there for sure, but I have come up with A select number of great any easy methods to derive profit from the internet right from the comfort of your home.

Adsense income.
This appears to be the most common form of internet profiting. It could certainly be considered the bread and butter of the internet Markketing world. You own a website and you want to monetize it. Whats the first thing you can do as a novice Entrepreneur of the internet marketing community? Create an Adsense account and slap some ads on your beloved website. Plenty of business is created through adsense, not to mention it is arguably the easiest way to quickly monetize your site. Generally steady streams of income are found, however, rarely do you find someone that creates substantial wads of cash from such a method of marketing.

Pros.
Easy to create. Google handles all the difficult stuff. All you need to know is where to slap that code and your monetized.

Lows.
There isn't much in the way of improvement or customization once your site is saturated with Adsense to the legal limit. Of Course you can add more pages to your website with more ads, but thats about all. Additionally you can't expect to retire of income from just Adsense, its generally a good starting point at best.

I Dreamt one day

One day whilst sitting at my computer mindlessly browsing the web, I began to think about what it would be like to be payed using the adsense program. I had heard plenty of success stories, and I really wished that i could work from home being payed on a monthly basis. It seemed like the perfect lifestyle for me. Do what i want, when i want, and make loads of money in the process. I'd be payed while I was sleeping.

The Question I had to ask myself was how possible is it to make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year with the adsense program?
